Kumruhamurkesen steht nach Wählerzahl an 174. Stelle unter den 183 Ortsteilen von Şahinbey. Es gibt dort eine einzige Wahlurne; zur Parlamentswahl 2023 waren 71 Wähler registriert.

Bei dieser Wahl gaben 66 Menschen ihre Stimme ab. Die meisten Stimmen erhielt AK Parti mit 28; CHP kam auf 19. Der Anteil von AK Parti liegt hier 2,6 Punkte unter dem Bezirksdurchschnitt.
