How Cakmaklar votes

Cakmaklar ranks 107th by electorate among the 184 localities of Adıyaman. The village has a single ballot box, and 161 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

135 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 89; CHP followed with 9. AK Parti's share here is 28.9 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 107 of 128 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 62.0%. At the 2017 referendum 127 of 143 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 63.8%.
