How Cayli votes

Cayli ranks 183rd by electorate among the 184 localities of Adıyaman. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 20 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

27 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 12; Yeniden Refah followed with 7. AK Parti's share here is 0.8 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 20 of 26 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 14.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 51 of 57 valid votes were 'yes' — 25.7 points above the district average.

The electorate shrank from 68 registered voters in 2011 to 20 in 2023 — a change of about 71 percent. The tightest race came at the 2018 parliamentary election: AK Parti took 19 votes to MHP's 15 — a margin of just 4 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 14 votes, while Adıyaman as a whole was won by CHP. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 94.7%, 22.4 points above the district average.
