How Kucukhasancik votes

A single ballot box served Kucukhasancik at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 132 registered voters; that places it 125th among the 184 localities of Adıyaman.

114 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 72; Yeniden Refah followed with 13. AK Parti's share here is 17.8 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 99 of 114 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 24.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 104 of 119 valid votes were 'yes' — 23.6 points above the district average.

The tightest race came at the 2024 local election: AK Parti took 41 votes to İYİ Parti's 37 — a margin of just 4 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 41 votes, while Adıyaman as a whole was won by CHP. The picture has not changed since 2015: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 6 elections. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 93.2%, 20.9 points above the district average.
