How Guneykas votes

Guneykas ranks 93rd by electorate among the 104 localities of Besni. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 86 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

72 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 36; CHP followed with 12. AK Parti's share here is 4.1 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 62 of 73 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 65.2%. At the 2017 referendum 67 of 80 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 67.9%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to Yeniden Refah with 24 votes, while Besni as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 94.6%, 14.2 points above the district average.
