Sugozu-Inonu is one of the localities of Besni; it had 448 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 45.2%, while across Besni the leading party was AK Parti, with CHP here running 25.5 points above its district average. At the 2010 referendum 55.7% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 21.1 points below the district average.
Turnout at the 2011 parliamentary election was 90.8%, 9.1 points above the district average. At the 2011 parliamentary election 18 of 407 ballots cast were ruled invalid (4.4%), well above the district average.
