How Fatih votes Fatih ranks 30th by electorate among the 37 localities of Çelikhan. The village has a single ballot box, and 63 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
68 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 50; CHP followed with 6. AK Parti's share here is 23.9 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 61 of 68 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 63.5%. At the 2017 referendum 71 of 72 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 67.2%.
At the 2024 local election the village went to Yeniden Refah with 26 votes, while Çelikhan as a whole was won by AK Parti.
