A single ballot box served Yesilova at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 91 registered voters; that places it 24th among the 37 localities of Çelikhan.

97 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 90; MHP followed with 3. AK Parti's share here is 43.0 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 92 of 96 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 32.3 points above the district average.
