With 102 voters on the roll at the 2023 parliamentary election, Karaman stands 101st among the 127 localities of Kâhta, and its votes were cast at one ballot box.

78 people voted at that election. AK Parti took the most votes with 68; Yeniden Refah followed with 6. AK Parti's share here is 19.5 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 80 of 81 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 17.3 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 110 of 112 valid votes were 'yes' — 14.0 points above the district average.
