In the presidential runoff, 45 of 82 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 44.9 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 76 of 87 valid votes were 'yes' — 6.6 points below the district average.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to HÜDA PAR with 25 votes, while Samsat as a whole was won by AK Parti. First place has changed hands 8 times here since 2009.
