Yoluguzel ranks 66th by electorate among the 124 localities of Ağrı. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 134 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

116 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 49; AK Parti followed with 41. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 3.5 points below the district average. In the presidential runoff, 55 of 109 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 53.6%.
