Karaseyh ranks 58th by electorate among the 100 localities of Doğubayazıt; it had 165 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
Yeşil Sol Parti took 90 of the 106 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (84.9%). That puts the neighborhood 10.7 points above the party's district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 88.2% here — 6.0 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 87.6% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 11.4 points above the district average.
The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). Turnout at the 2024 local election was 82.6%, 17.4 points above the district average. The electorate shrank from 283 registered voters in 2011 to 165 in 2023 — a change of about 42 percent. Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 99.5% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 84.9% by 2023.
