In the presidential runoff, 116 of 130 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 16.8 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 140 of 174 valid votes were 'no' — 15.1 points above the district average.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to DEM Parti with 47 votes, while Patnos as a whole was won by AK Parti.
