Sagrica ranks 64th by electorate among the 122 localities of Patnos. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 267 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

176 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 135; AK Parti followed with 12. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 29.8 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 134 of 157 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 72.4%. At the 2017 referendum 134 of 156 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 65.4%.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to DEM Parti with 47 votes, while Patnos as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 49.1%, 18.8 points below the district average.
