How Tepeli votes

Ranked 56th among the 122 localities of Patnos, Tepeli carried 293 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.

Yeşil Sol Parti took 142 of the 192 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (74.0%). That puts the neighborhood 21.9 points above the party's district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 94.7% here — 22.3 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 84.0% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 18.6 points above the district average.

First place has changed hands 4 times here since 2009. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to Yeniden Refah with 55.9%, while Patnos as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 75.3%, 7.5 points above the district average. Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 99.6% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 74.0% by 2023.
