Ikiyamac ranks 27th by electorate among the 41 localities of Taşlıçay. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 127 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

95 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 57; AK Parti followed with 16. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 2.5 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff, 56 of 88 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 68.8%.
