How Atakoy votes

Atakoy ranks 32nd by electorate among the 85 localities of Tutak. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 174 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 71 votes, while across Tutak the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti with 51.7%, leaving AK Parti at 23.5%. In the presidential runoff, 122 of 127 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 41.7%. At the 2017 referendum 145 of 149 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 56.5%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 45 votes, while Tutak as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 86.1%, 12.3 points above the district average.
