How Dikbiyik votes

Dikbiyik ranks 19th by electorate among the 85 localities of Tutak; it had 265 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.

Yeşil Sol Parti took 69.9% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Tutak the same party stood at 51.7%, putting the neighborhood 18.2 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 87.9% here and 58.3% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 66.0% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 43.5%.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024). Yeşil Sol Parti stood at 100.0% at the 2015 parliamentary election and fell to 69.9% by 2023.
