The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 66 votes, while across Tutak the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti, with MHP here running 54.3 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 95 of 102 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 51.5 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 84 of 86 valid votes were 'yes' — 41.2 points above the district average.
