The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 21 votes, while across Tutak the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti, with AK Parti here running 31.8 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 30 of 35 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 44.0 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 37 of 37 valid votes were 'yes' — 43.5 points above the district average.
The tightest race came at the 2014 local election: AK Parti took 13 votes to BDP's 9 — a margin of just 4 votes. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 20 votes, while Tutak as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 87.1%, 13.3 points above the district average.
