Isaabat ranks 73rd by electorate among the 85 localities of Tutak. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 38 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 20 votes, while across Tutak the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti, with MHP here running 61.6 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 24 of 26 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 50.6 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 29 of 29 valid votes were 'yes' — 43.5 points above the district average.
Turnout at the 2024 local election was 45.9%, 27.9 points below the district average. The electorate shrank from 50 registered voters in 2011 to 38 in 2023 — a change of about 24 percent. First place has changed hands 8 times here since 2009. At the 2014 local election LDP and Saadet Partisi finished level, on 11 votes each.
