The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 58 votes, while across Tutak the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti, with AK Parti here running 37.5 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 66 of 88 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 33.3 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 74 of 90 valid votes were 'yes' — 25.7 points above the district average.
