How Yukarikosk votes

Yukarikosk ranks 20th by electorate among the 85 localities of Tutak. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 263 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

166 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 80; AK Parti followed with 51. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 1.7 points below the district average. In the presidential runoff, 83 of 130 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan; across the district that share was 41.7%. At the 2017 referendum 87 of 151 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 56.5%.

At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 113 votes, while Tutak as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 63.1%, 10.7 points below the district average.
