How Ziraat votes Ziraat is one of the localities of Altındağ; it had 5,479 registered voters at the 2018 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2018 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 34.7%, while across Altındağ the leading party was AK Parti with 54.1%, leaving CHP at 18.1%. The same divide shows in the presidential election: Muharrem İnce took 47.7% here and 24.0% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 68.7% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 36.7%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: CHP has finished first in all of the last 11 elections. CHP recorded its highest share at the 2015 parliamentary election with 43.6%. At the 2014 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 43.2%, while Altındağ as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2018 parliamentary election was 81.8%, 6.5 points below the district average.
