Same place, formerly a town. Until 2014 this was the town (belde) of Karaşar; when Law 6360 abolished the municipality it became today's neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period; we combined them on one page so the place's history reads continuously.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 63.2%, while across Beypazarı the leading party was AK Parti with 35.3%, leaving CHP at 10.8%. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 91.7% here and 39.1% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 91.4% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 39.3%.
The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2019: CHP has finished first in all of the last 5 elections. CHP recorded its highest share at the 2015 parliamentary election with 85.6%. CHP stood at 85.1% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 63.2% by 2023. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 73.3%, while Beypazarı as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 81.8%, 9.4 points below the district average.
