The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 34.8%, while across Beypazarı the leading party was AK Parti, with İYİ Parti here running 5.9 points above its district average. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 55.7% here, 16.6 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 50.4% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 10.3 points below the district average.
The tightest race came at the 2015 parliamentary election: MHP took 109 votes to AK Parti's 107 — a margin of just 2 votes. The electorate shrank from 472 registered voters in 2011 to 252 in 2023 — a change of about 47 percent. At the 2023 parliamentary election 10 of 217 ballots cast were ruled invalid (4.6%), well above the district average. First place has changed hands 8 times here since 2009.
