Guneyce ranks 1st by electorate among the 31 localities of Güdül; it had 820 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
AK Parti took 52.6% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Güdül the same party stood at 45.1%, putting the neighborhood 7.5 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 79.4% here and 68.6% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 84.3% of the neighborhood voted 'yes'; across the district that was 68.2%.
AK Parti recorded its highest share at the 2015 parliamentary election with 83.5%. AK Parti stood at 77.2% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 52.6% by 2023. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 76.3%, while Güdül as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 94.6%, 6.2 points above the district average.
