How Akcakese votes Akcakese ranks 101st by electorate among the 109 localities of Kızılcahamam. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 31 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to İYİ Parti with 19 votes, while across Kızılcahamam the leading party was AK Parti with 45.5%, leaving İYİ Parti at 14.7%.
