Fatih is one of the localities of Denizli Merkez; it had 19,940 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

AK Parti took 10,524 of the 18,130 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (58.0%). That puts the neighborhood 9.8 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 56.2% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 9.6 points above the district average.
