How Yolbasi votes
Yolbasi is one of the localities of İslahiye; it had 520 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.
AK Parti took 83.7% in the neighborhood at that election. Across İslahiye the same party stood at 65.0%, putting the neighborhood 18.7 points above the district average. At the 2010 referendum 93.9% of the neighborhood voted 'yes'; across the district that was 75.5%.
At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to Demokrat Parti with 49.8%, while İslahiye as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2011 parliamentary election was 79.2%, 5.5 points below the district average.
