AK Parti took 45.3% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Nizip the same party stood at 46.9%, putting the neighborhood 1.7 points below the district average. In the presidential runoff Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 68.3% here and 66.8% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 76.1% of the neighborhood voted 'yes'; across the district that was 67.1%.
AK Parti recorded its highest share at the 2015 parliamentary election with 71.4%. AK Parti stood at 64.3% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 45.3% by 2023. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 93.5%, 6.2 points above the district average.
