Hisar ranks 15th by electorate among the 48 localities of Nurdağı; it had 396 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
AK Parti took 46.8% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Nurdağı the same party stood at 51.4%, putting the neighborhood 4.7 points below the district average. In the presidential runoff Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 77.3% here and 77.8% across the district. At the 2010 referendum 70.9% of the neighborhood voted 'yes'; across the district that was 80.7%.
AK Parti stood at 54.8% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 46.8% by 2023. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to Saadet Partisi with 51.8%, while Nurdağı as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2023 parliamentary election was 87.6%, 6.3 points above the district average.
