Same place, formerly a village. This was the village of Dogankoy; the 2014 reorganization (Law 6360) turned it into a neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period.

Dogankoy ranks 57th by electorate among the 95 localities of Antakya; it had 657 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 67.8%, while across Antakya the leading party was AK Parti with 39.0%, leaving CHP at 27.1%. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 96.0% here and 43.5% across the district. At the 2017 referendum 95.0% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 46.4%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: CHP has finished first in all of the last 15 elections. CHP stood at 95.0% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 67.8% by 2023. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 86.4%, while Antakya as a whole was won by AK Parti. Turnout at the 2024 local election was 81.4%, 13.3 points above the district average.
