Harbiye-Halisli is one of the localities of Hatay Merkez; it had 2,570 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.
CHP took 92.3% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Hatay Merkez the same party stood at 66.4%, putting the neighborhood 25.8 points above the district average. At the 2010 referendum 96.6% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 71.8%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: CHP has finished first in all of the last 4 elections.
