Harbiye-Halisli is one of the localities of Hatay Merkez; it had 2,570 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.
CHP took 2,076 of the 2,250 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (92.3%). That puts the neighborhood 25.8 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 96.6% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 24.8 points above the district average.
