Kisla Saray is one of the localities of Hatay Merkez; it had 8,336 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.
CHP took 5,510 of the 7,094 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (77.7%). That puts the neighborhood 11.2 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 89.3% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 17.5 points above the district average.
