Serinyol-Mustafa Kemal Pasa is one of the localities of Hatay Merkez; it had 2,862 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

CHP took 91.7% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Hatay Merkez the same party stood at 66.4%, putting the neighborhood 25.3 points above the district average. At the 2010 referendum 96.9% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 71.8%.

At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to DSP with 46.6%, while Hatay Merkez as a whole was won by CHP.
