Serinyol-Mustafa Kemal Pasa is one of the localities of Hatay Merkez; it had 2,862 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

CHP took 2,352 of the 2,564 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (91.7%). That puts the neighborhood 25.3 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 96.9% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 25.1 points above the district average.

At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to DSP with 46.6%, while Hatay Merkez as a whole was won by CHP.
