Ucgulluk-Ada is one of the localities of İskenderun. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 159 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 65 votes, while across İskenderun the leading party was CHP with 43.5%, leaving AK Parti at 36.1%. At the 2010 referendum 92 of 160 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 39.6%.
At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 64 votes, while İskenderun as a whole was won by CHP.
