Hamam is one of the localities of Kumlu. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 26 voters were registered there for the 2011 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2011 parliamentary election it went to MHP with 21 votes, while across Kumlu the leading party was AK Parti with 62.0%, leaving MHP at 14.8%.
