Yeditepe-Cumhuriyet is one of the localities of Yayladağı; it had 769 registered voters at the 2011 parliamentary election.

AK Parti took 604 of the 678 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (89.1%). That puts the neighborhood 13.3 points above the party's district average. At the 2010 referendum 93.0% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 12.9 points above the district average.
