CHP took 56.5% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Tire the same party stood at 33.8%, putting the neighborhood 22.7 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 78.0% here and 58.2% across the district. At the 2010 referendum 82.2% of the neighborhood voted 'no'; across the district that was 63.4%.
