Same place, formerly part of a town.Buyuknacar Fatıh belonged to the town (belde) of Büyüknacar until 2014; when Law 6360 abolished the municipality it became a separate neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period.

Buyuknacar Fatih ranks 49th by electorate among the 84 localities of Pazarcık; it had 245 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
AK Parti took 60.3% in the neighborhood at that election. Across Pazarcık the same party stood at 36.2%, putting the neighborhood 24.1 points above the district average. In the presidential runoff Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 86.5% here and 56.2% across the district. At the 2010 referendum 87.7% of the neighborhood voted 'yes'; across the district that was 55.9%.
The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 11 elections. AK Parti stood at 81.2% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 60.3% by 2023. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 96.8%, 13.7 points above the district average.
