At the 2023 parliamentary election Buyuknacar Fatih had 245 registered voters, placing it 49th among the 84 localities of Pazarcık.
AK Parti took 129 of the 214 valid votes cast in the neighborhood at that election (60.3%). That puts the neighborhood 24.1 points above the party's district average. In the presidential runoff Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took 86.5% here — 30.3 points above the district average. At the 2010 referendum 87.7% of the neighborhood voted 'yes' — 31.8 points above the district average.
Turnout at the 2009 local election was 96.8%, 13.7 points above the district average. AK Parti stood at 81.2% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 60.3% by 2023. The electorate shrank from 430 registered voters in 2011 to 245 in 2023 — a change of about 43 percent. The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 11 elections.
