Akcadag Ceza Infaz Kurumu Mudurlugu ranks 19th by electorate among the 78 localities of Akçadağ; it had 338 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 41.1%, while across Akçadağ the leading party was AK Parti with 35.1%, leaving CHP at 28.4%. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 67.0% here and 40.2% across the district.
Turnout at the 2024 local election was 4.9%, 77.5 points below the district average.
