How Cimen votes

A single ballot box served Cimen at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 30 registered voters; that places it 61st among the 63 localities of Arapgir.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 26 votes, while across Arapgir the leading party was AK Parti, with CHP here running 41.4 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 29 of 35 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 40.0 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 15 of 21 valid votes were 'no' — 28.4 points above the district average.

The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2011: CHP has finished first in all of the last 14 elections.
