How Ulacli votes Ulacli ranks 48th by electorate among the 63 localities of Arapgir. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 59 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 37 votes, while across Arapgir the leading party was AK Parti with 38.2%, leaving CHP at 35.1%. In the presidential runoff, 53 of 59 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu; across the district that share was 42.9%. At the 2017 referendum 50 of 61 valid votes were 'no'; across the district the 'no' share was 43.1%.
