Same place, formerly a town. Until 2014 this was the town (belde) of Fethiye; when Law 6360 abolished the municipality it became today's neighborhood. The pre-2014 results on this page belong to that period; we combined them on one page so the place's history reads continuously.

Fethiye ranks 4th by electorate among the 33 localities of Yazıhan; it had 558 registered voters at the 2023 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to CHP with 79.8%, while across Yazıhan the leading party was AK Parti, with CHP here running 55.9 points above its district average. The same divide shows in the presidential runoff: Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 89.3% here, 55.5 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 92.9% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 58.2 points above the district average.
The electorate shrank from 1,670 registered voters in 2011 to 558 in 2023 — a change of about 67 percent. Turnout at the 2009 local election was 38.3%, 43.9 points below the district average. CHP stood at 95.2% at the 2011 parliamentary election and fell to 79.8% by 2023. At the 2009 local election the neighborhood went to CHP with 83.5%, while Yazıhan as a whole was won by AK Parti.
