In the presidential runoff Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu took 94.0% here — 14.8 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 87.0% of the neighborhood voted 'no' — 14.9 points above the district average.

The electorate shrank from 363 registered voters in 2011 to 239 in 2023 — a change of about 34 percent. The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 7 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024).
