Toklular is one of the localities of Bulanık. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 25 voters were registered there for the 2015 parliamentary election.
The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2015 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 13 votes, while across Bulanık the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti with 86.9%, leaving AK Parti at 8.8%. In the presidential election, 12 of 20 valid votes went to Selahattin Demirtaş; across the district that share was 83.7%. At the 2017 referendum 17 of 18 valid votes were 'yes'; across the district the 'yes' share was 27.9%.
At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to MHP with 7 votes, while Bulanık as a whole was won by DEM Parti. Turnout at the 2015 parliamentary election was 100.0%, 13.9 points above the district average.
