How Aradere votes

A single ballot box served Aradere at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 52 registered voters; that places it 75th among the 78 localities of Malazgirt.

43 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 27; İYİ Parti followed with 4. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 5.5 points below the district average. In the presidential runoff, 29 of 39 valid votes went to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu — 3.2 points below the district average. At the 2017 referendum 43 of 46 valid votes were 'no' — 21.9 points above the district average.

Turnout at the 2024 local election was 50.9%, 22.5 points below the district average. The tightest race came at the 2019 local election: HDP took 27 votes to AK Parti's 14 — a margin of just 13 votes. The neighborhood has stayed on the same line since 2014: the same political line has finished first in all of the last 6 elections (BDP in 2014, Yeşil Sol Parti in 2015, HDP in 2019, DEM Parti in 2024).
