How Ekinduzu votes

A single ballot box served Ekinduzu at the 2023 parliamentary election, with 159 registered voters; that places it 117th among the 145 localities of Muş.

The neighborhood parts ways with the district as a whole. At the 2023 parliamentary election it went to AK Parti with 141 votes, while across Muş the leading party was Yeşil Sol Parti, with AK Parti here running 66.7 points above its district average. In the presidential runoff, 137 of 144 valid votes went to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan — 41.5 points above the district average. At the 2017 referendum 103 of 109 valid votes were 'yes' — 29.8 points above the district average.

Turnout at the 2024 local election was 94.3%, 22.8 points above the district average. At the 2024 local election the neighborhood went to AK Parti with 135 votes, while Muş as a whole was won by DEM Parti. The picture has not changed since 2009: AK Parti has finished first in all of the last 9 elections.
