Golkoy ranks 98th by electorate among the 145 localities of Muş. The neighborhood has a single ballot box, and 236 voters were registered there for the 2023 parliamentary election.

205 people voted at that election. Yeşil Sol Parti took the most votes with 166; AK Parti followed with 14. Yeşil Sol Parti's share here is 47.5 points above the district average.
